As a new patient to Belle City Family Dentistry, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The office was beautifully decorated, modern, and spotless. Everyone was welcoming and friendly from the assistants to the dentist. I went in to the appointment with my usual dental anxiety and left feeling at ease. Dr. Olesen was exceptional in her detailed explaining of what I needed to have done and even explained financing options should I need it. What stands out to me is she reassured me as to usual concerns without me needing to ask for reassurance. I left feeling treated like I'd been going there for years. She's truly a standout when it comes to patient care!

Once I walked in everyone was in a good mood and happy. The ladies greeted me at the front desk with a smile and knew already why I was there (which moved things along quickly) the doctors assistant was polite and nice, she explained what was going to happen and why. Dr. Olesen has a People Pleasing Quality that is Very Rare, When Dr. Olesen came in, she completely explained what was going to be done. Dr. Olesen was concerned about my comfort level and asked if I had any concerns. During my procedure she was talking to me and saying what she was doing(which in turn made me feel more comfortable) and asking about my pain level and if I was still comfortable. My experience with Belle City Family Dentistry was VERY satisfying and I will be returning to see Dr. Olesen and her happy staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Bell City Family Dentistry to my family and friends! Well I was there I over heard Dr. Olesen talking with another patient, and you could tell in her voice That She Really Cares about her Patients.!.
