We had our first appointment with Dr Olsen today and are so pleased. The office staff was kind and patient with the “ok fogies” that we are. The Dr is so thorough and answered all my questions, there were many questions! She was so honest with her findings it was refreshing. This office is highly recommended. Dr. Olesen is so good that I've fallen asleep during procedures. And, because there is no discomfort afterwards, I sometimes forget that I've had dental work done. Love the staff, the dental hygienists, the dental assistants, and the office atmosphere. I'm so pleased with Dr. Olesen's chairside manner and work that, as far as I'm concerned, I have found my forever dentist...well, as long as she chooses to practice.

As a new patient to Belle City Family Dentistry, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The office was beautifully decorated, modern, and spotless. Everyone was welcoming and friendly from the assistants to the dentist. I went in to the appointment with my usual dental anxiety and left feeling at ease. Dr. Olesen was exceptional in her detailed explaining of what I needed to have done and even explained financing options should I need it. What stands out to me is she reassured me as to usual concerns without me needing to ask for reassurance. I left feeling treated like I'd been going there for years. She's truly a standout when it comes to patient care!
