They do great work but having to wait 20-30 mins to be called back and then wait another 20-30 minutes after the appointment to checkout is wild. Every time I come here I spend more time in the waiting room than the actual appointment.

I don’t play with my time, iDental does. That alone is bad. My main grievance with them is when I got my wisdom teeth extracted, their dentist and his assistant were focused on everything but my teeth. At one point, the dentist asked his assistant if she ever wanted to have kids. She said now and he asked why. She said she doesn’t trust this world. Fair enough but could you focus on my teeth? At one pointi was choking on my saliva and the assistant goes, “oh you’re choking “ in a care free way. There’s more but those are the two I keep coming back to. I switched dentist and have absolute no regrets. I had another teeth extracted two days ago and the recovery has been far better. In the interest of fairness, iDental took four teeth at once and the new place (wisnova) only took one but I believe the results speak for themselves. Side note , wisnova had a long wait time as well (maybe that’s just all dentists? I don’t like that but at least they were professional and my recovery is going very smooth)

This is by far the best dentist. Particularly Dr. Nels0n and his assistant Kim. Dr. Linstroth is also amazing with his assistant as well. I have al2ays been scared of the dentist but they make me feel at ease and very comfortable. And they arent impatient at all about my germaphobia they even talk to me to help me relax that everything is clean as well. My 10 year old daughter did a root canal a couple weeks ago by the amazing Dr. Nelson and his assistant Kim. And she felt no pain and was a tiny anxious until he talked her through the steps and she has smiles on her face and the root canal even tickled her too. Im very proud of her as well. And I thank Dr. Nelson and Kim for making her have an amazing experience through having a root canal. I definitely recommend them and idental has alot of amazing dentists and assistants, and receptionists, and everyone there. God bless them and all. 🙏🏻

Office manager Angela failed to inform us before both of our boys appointment(8am & 830am) if the doctor could take them both since we were 13 minutes late in which a voicemail was left. There has been multiple occasions where we were called back after 30 minutes of waiting. I informed her that if the doctor cannot take both, we will reschedule. The doctor and his assistant waited until they were done with the 830 appointment, which started at 819 and finished at 840, to notify us how they weren’t able to care for our other child.
