I was starting to like this place I was recommended by a family member. They are quick to bring you back never have you waiting for more then 5 minutes. I had an appointment last week that they wanted to reschedule because the doctor was running behind I said ok fine scheduled an appointment for Wednesday came in just to be waiting over 35 minutes while everyone who showed up after me kept getting called so I walked out.

Not only worth the assistance, very professional, they listened as to why I was there answered any questions I had. And when the doctor came in to examine my x-rays, not only was he Very informative about my situation, but made it a priority that I get in as soon as possible to fix the tooth about my smile for an upcoming wedding. I’m standing in. And the receptionist were very polite checking in and checking out. I highly recommend 10 out of 10 this will forever be my Dental place as long as they are open.

Kim my dental assistant was absolutely wonderful, she made my 2 visits the absolute best by talking through everything and just be such a vibe of a person!!! My dentist dr.Nelson was AMAZING, he not only also talked me through everything he accommodated to my needs!! And Loretta was an absolute blast! Very fun to be around!!! 10/10 would recommend people to come visit :)

Huge shoutout to iDental in Racine on Green Bay Rd! I had been dealing with severe dental pain since Christmas Day and couldn’t get in with my regular dentist. He reviewed my X-rays, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My wisdom teeth needed to come out, and before I even had time to stress, the procedure was done—and the pain was gone. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and compassionate. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone made me feel at ease (which says a lot, because dental visits usually make me very nervous). If you’re looking for a great dental office in Racine—especially one that accepts Medicaid—I highly recommend iDental. I’ll be switching my dental care to them without hesitation. They actually care about their patients. They're fast! Their dentures are absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. + Take all types of insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, anything. They are absolutely the best dentist I've ever been to and I am 50 years old
