I am extremely upset with my two crown replacements by dentist Nowman. One is clearly infected and I returned two months later only for the dentist to poke around and say he didn't see any blood or puss which was clearly visible. I asked for antibiotic NOT pain medication and the dentist refused and prescribed mouthwash. Also every time I floss or try getting whatever is stuck underneath the crown,,, (yes underneath since it feels too big and shifts in my mouth) cars speed by my condo and live close to the office. It's like there's a device in there they don't want me finding. They also kept calling me Lori when I returned to have it fixed emergently and they did nothing. Strangely I never received a paper quote and paid $500 with insurance. I received a receipt on a print out that looked like it's from a gas station. Definitely going elsewhere to get quality care. I wouldn't be surprised if they lost my records when I went to retrieve them. Shout out to Your Stupid Opinions. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't go to this dentist unless you want to be Duntsched!

I see Lisa as she is my dental hygienist. She’s spectacular. Very professional. I’ve been seeing Lisa for years. Today was the first time I met Julia at the front desk. She knew me right away. She was extremely pleasant, very professional and friendly. As I sat down, I overheard her helping an elderly lady using her cell phone for something or other. I was so moved by her kindness and helpfulness that I had to get up and complement her on it. You folks have a real keeper in Julia. She is a real asset to your facility. I look forward to seeing her again at my next appointment.

Dr. Kemper and staff are phenomenal. Erin did my cleaning and was soooo friendly and compassionate. Very knowledgeable too! Dr Kemper himself is amazing, always takes the time to explain step by step, I could not recommend their office any more than I do now!

Extremely pleasant, efficient and I am unable to find anything negative to say. This establishment gave me luxury accommodations from beginning to end. They were very informative and I can honestly say I am looking foward to my next appointment. Excellence is the word best used to describe The Racine Dental Group. Thank you again for your service.

Racine Dental is a great, modern facility and has been consistently providing me care for 25 years. While have there been recent changes in the dental team, one thing that has stayed consistent is Carrie’s outstanding care! She is thoughtful, warm, careful, and attentive. She makes the experience of going to the dentist something I actually look forward to. She transformed my and my family’s experience at the dentist. Carrie is the best!
