Dr. Kemper and staff are phenomenal. Erin did my cleaning and was soooo friendly and compassionate. Very knowledgeable too! Dr Kemper himself is amazing, always takes the time to explain step by step, I could not recommend their office any more than I do now!

Not much to report ... new dentist (but he wasn't there) and new dental hygienist. The hygienist was very nice and did a good job. I am consistently having retainer issues. They break in less than a year and I don't think Racine Dental properly addresses it. It's expensive to replace it annually (out of pocket cost). I have updated my Google review to reflect a 5 start. I was contacted by Racine Dental after my post and they have offered to rectify the issue. Thank you Racine Dental!

I had a chipped moler. I called in and was given an appointment. Dr. Sam Azab assessed the tooth and told me he could do it on the spot. It was painless and he made me feel comfortable. It was done and was able to go to work on time. A happy customer. I tell people about the great dentist I go to. Thank You Dr. Sam Azab!

Their website says they take my insurance. I made the appointment for an emergency extraction, extremely painful. Had my old dentist send via email the x-rays. As soon as I get there the assistant says we didn't get your x-rays so I'm just going to take all of them. I told her no, it was a very reputable office and I called my old dentist, confirmed they sent them, that they just were not opened yet. I have great insurance coverage and they tried to make me pay $500. I told them no called my insurance, got a new dentist to have an appointment here next day. They got the x-rays no problem. I would be careful about this place. It seems they want to price gouge you. The assistant said it again that she's just going to take the x-rays because they didn't get the email. That's an outright lie. It may be a pretty building, But for my personal experience, that's all they had to offer. Be careful. Check everything before you schedule an appointment with them.

We absolutely love the staff at our kids’ pediatric dentist! From the moment we walk in, everyone is so welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. They go above and beyond to make my children feel comfortable and safe, which makes such a difference when it comes to dental visits. We’ve also had a wonderful experience with the orthodontics side of the office. The ortho tech is so soft and gentle, always making sure my child feels comfortable throughout every adjustment. They’re patient, reassuring, and explain what they’re doing step by step, which really helps calm any anxiety. It’s clear that the entire team truly cares about their patients. We’re so grateful to have found such an amazing, compassionate group of professionals. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a positive dental and orthodontic experience for their little ones!
