I think Dr. Park and his staff are excellent! I’ve been receiving dental care from this practice for several years, and every visit has been handled with professionalism, courtesy, and a real effort to make patients feel comfortable. (I think this is especially important since going to the dentist isn’t something most people look forward to.) The office is bright, clean, and well-maintained, and the entire team is friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciate how respectful they are of patients’ time and understanding people are balancing family, work, and other commitments. I trust Dr. Park for his professional integrity...he has never pushed unnecessary treatments and always takes the time to clearly explain options so you can make informed decisions about your dental health. The hygienists are also excellent in providing cleanings that are efficient and thorough, but gentle. I highly recommend Ingleside Dental!

I had a great experience at Ingleside Dental. From the moment I filled out the intake forms to the exam itself, it was clear that patient experience is a priority for their team. The assistants and Dr. Tammy took the time to explain everything they were doing before and during each step, which really helped put me at ease. Before I left, they even gave me a new patient gift: a reusable canvas bag. Such a thoughtful (and cute!) touch. Overall, I’m so glad I found Ingleside Dental and look forward to continuing my care there.

The staff is welcoming, and the office is a comfortable environment. Everything was explained clearly, and I received high quality care that was centered on what is best for me. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Betty Lee’s and Kristine’s abilities to do a filling expeditiously and with care. I’m glad to have a found a new dentist!

I’m truly grateful to have been referred to the Ingleside Dental SF office. Their customer service and patient care are top-tier. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by friendly staff into a cozy, well-organized waiting area. I was fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Park, who took the time—especially as a first-time patient—to clearly explain the current status of my scans and X-rays. He’s very personable and has a way of putting patients at ease by removing medical jargon and being honest and real about one’s condition. What I appreciate most is how he encourages being proactive and thoughtfully offers multiple solutions tailored to your situation. I also want to give a great big shoutout to Jodie(sorry if I spelled your name wrong). Who took the utmost care with my X-rays and supporting with some of the closing dental steps. You were such a joy to chat with and I appreciate your kindness. Along with the two lovely front office team members (apologies as I didn’t get your names), you really can’t ask for nicer folks to come to! The office is also conveniently located along the MUNI train line, with plenty of street and neighborhood parking available. I got my teeth cleaned here recently and WOW what an experience! From the first moment when I walked in the receptionists at the front desk were super attentive and welcoming and the process of checking in was very straight forward, other places I’ve been to have tended to take a lot longer and lacked the same energy that I received from Alisa and Mary (the receptionists). I was then escorted to the back where somebody named Jodie did X-rays which were by far the most detailed X-rays I have ever seen! Either I’ve been living under a rock or this place is living in 2077. Not only were the X-rays super advanced but they also had this machine that was basically a magic wand because it allowed them to create a 3D image of my teeth that they could move around and and study right in front of me. Then one of the Drs whose name is Dr. Park took the time to go over the X-rays and the 3D recreation of my teeth as well as giving me a what id describe as a mini dental crash course that left me feeling educated which I’ve also never experienced at any dentist. The 3D model also made it clear that I have a grinding issue with my teeth which now I’ll be able to get a night guard for, something I hadn’t known before. Then lastly my teeth were cleaned by somebody named Katie and wow she was incredibly gentle and thorough, I’ve never had a cleaning that felt so attentive to every tooth. And while it’s normal from my experience for people to make small talk when I’m having my teeth cleaned it’s always felt either forced or robotic but I could tell Katie just genuinely wanted to ask me about myself. When I was finished with everything the final step was to go over the costs of everything including a new night guard which was handled by somebody named Richard who really broke down everything and explained insurance coverage to me in a way that I actually understood! I don’t usually remember the names of people I interact with at businesses but they all left a lasting impression on me and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for stellar care and service.
