I was a patient here for a couple of years before I switched to Dental Aesthetica downtown. The breaking point for me was after one cleaning, when they recommended several thousands of dollars of work out of pocket (multiple fillings, a crown, etc). I was shocked by how little was covered by insurance (even though my company was known for providing the best medical insurance), and they didn't really clarify why, or how I could get more benefits out of my plan. I should've gotten a second opinion, but I just had all the work done. There was no comprehensive advice about future prevention or any sort of review. The next time I went in for a cleaning, they recommended more fillings! I just ignored it, and the next cleaning I had, I went into Dental Aesthetica. The cost was surprisingly similar, and their equipment was SO much more modern and updated. We did a whole comprehensive review and they recommended no fillings, and I asked about the one this office had flagged. They told me it was a STAIN from a silver filling I previously had! I am so glad I did not get another filling for no reason, and wish I had gotten a second opinion for the previous work. They also explain insurance and help me strategize how I can minimize cost. After decades of being scared to go to the dentist, I am finally seeing one regularly and feel that my teeth are in good hands.

I haven't had a regular dentist in my adult life, and I hadn't had a checkup or cleaning since the pandemic, so I was really worried about the condition that my teeth might be in. I decided to try this office because it was one of the higher rated options in my insurance plan. Everyone at the office was extraordinarily friendly! Dr Lukman was very communicative and answered all of my questions and left me feeling very informed and calm about the condition of my teeth and the treatment plan I would need to keep them healthy. I feel really confident missing forward with Dr Lukman for ongoing care.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 10 years, and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. Even now that I live farther away, I still come here for all my appointments. The team is incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They take the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure I’m comfortable at every step.
