Her professionalism and attention to detail certainly stood out, giving me confidence in the care I was receiving. The practice itself has a beautiful, family-oriented atmosphere, yet it also carries a high-end aesthetic feel, which I found impressive. They utilize state-of-the-art lasers and equipment, contributing to a modern and efficient experience during treatments. Bittner Family Dental is truly exceptional. I originally came as a referral from my husband, who had work done with Dr. Jenn and could not recommend them enough and now I completely understand why. From the friendly phone greeting to the handwritten thank-you notes, every detail feels thoughtful and professional. The entire team is incredibly kind and immediately puts you at ease. They use Solea lasers for fillings, which are so much less invasive than traditional drilling and honestly make fillings so much easier and more comfortable. Dr. Jenn is the literal tooth fairy - so gentle, kind, and incredibly skilled. She does phenomenal work and makes the whole experience feel calm and positive. Everyone there is friendly, warm, and truly cares about making patients comfortable. Highly recommend! 🧚‍♀️🦷✨

I am terrified of going to the dentist!!!! Isabell’s warm kindness is what got me to come in. Brianna was gentle and made me comfortable with a warm hand wax treatment. Dr. Jen was great! No judgement whatsoever. I haven’t seen a dentist in over a decade. I felt discouraged and embarrassed. Dr. Jen was so positive, gentle, very thorough, and had a game plan. I appreciate that. No other dentist had worked with me like that. It makes me want to continue dental care with this office. Thanks for the wonderful experience.♥️

Our entire family has been loyal patients of Dr. Bittner for years. This is funny to say about a dentist office but going there has truly become one of our family’s happy places. The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to coordinate our appointments seamlessly. Our kids actually look forward to visiting the dentist here, which is a huge win for us as parents. Personally, I enjoy the extra pampering with paraffin wax for my hands during cleanings. Dr. Bittner’s office is consistently ahead in technology, something my kids proudly share with their friends. We often mention their ‘no pain’ approach, thanks to their cutting-edge technology. Even our dentist friends recognize them as the office with the coolest gadgets. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

This was easily the best dental experience I have had in my life. I was well taken care of and there was a genuineness to my dental health care. I thank Isabel for setting me up with the appointment with Dr Jen, who is an artist at dental work and her assistants Jerome and Briana were great as well. Finally found a solid dental practitioner.
