Our entire family has been loyal patients of Dr. Bittner for years. This is funny to say about a dentist office but going there has truly become one of our family’s happy places. The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to coordinate our appointments seamlessly. Our kids actually look forward to visiting the dentist here, which is a huge win for us as parents. Personally, I enjoy the extra pampering with paraffin wax for my hands during cleanings. Dr. Bittner’s office is consistently ahead in technology, something my kids proudly share with their friends. We often mention their ‘no pain’ approach, thanks to their cutting-edge technology. WOW! This place is top notch! From entering the office to leaving, you feel cared for and treated with so much respect by all staff members. I have seen Dr. Jerry Bittner twice now and I have never worked with someone so personable and professional. He is a highly trained and smart dentist. He made me feel comfortable and safe when getting a cavity filled. Their office uses the latest technology and everything they do is so fast and efficient, yet incredibly thorough. Shelby was my hygienist--she is so beyond caring and so gentle. My favorite thing they do is put your hands in a hot wax while getting your teeth cleaned...it makes you feel relaxed and at ease. You can tell they really care about their patients. This dental office is just incredible- look no further.... Bittner Family Dental is the place to go!!!!!
