I had a visit with Dr. Tse to have a cavity filled this afternoon, and the entire experience was very pleasant and comfortable. I have been going to Amato Dental Group for over 15 years now and have always received excellent care. Today was no exception. Whether it is teeth cleaning, chatting with the friendly Front Desk staff, or having dental work done, I have always come away feeling relaxed and very thankful for these kind, competent professionals.

Excellent experience. Initial procedure for X-rays was smooth and easy. Dr Amato's examination was friendly and efficient. The best part was Crystal and the cleaning process. She was tremendous- very professional, knowledgeable, thorough yet quick, and efficient. She is a pearl!

Michelle is probably the best hygienist I've ever been to. She is super thorough and makes sure to explain every detail of my treatment plan. She gave me the best cleaning I've probably had in my whole life, I had no pain even when she gave me the numbing shots. My appointment also got done in a timely manner. She also suggested a great water flosser, she is very knowledgeable in what she's doing and has great bed-side manner with her patients. 10/10 Highly recommended, Dr. Amato is lucky to have such a great hygienist.

At my first cleaning I had the best hygienist. The dentist was good. I was quoted after insurance $47.50 out of pocket for possibly 3 fillings. I was going to put the fillings off until I had different insurance. But the out of pocket estimate induced me to do it. A week and a half later the fillings happen and I only need 2, the out of pocket collected was $186.10, almost 4 times what I was quoted for less work. The insurance specialist, advised it was the patient’s responsibility to understand their insurance. I asked for the office manager, was told they do not work Fridays and they couldn’t do anything anyways. This felt like a bait and switch with very little empathy at the end. Update: the office manager called me and refunded half of the over charge in an effort to correct the error and was very understanding. I highly recommend triple checking the out of pocket before getting any work done.

Excellent! Chelsea is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is competent, personable, and cares. All staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Amato cares for you, you overall health & dental needs. Highly recommend!!
