My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Shaw and Dr. Jacobsen for years and cannot recommend them both enough. Everyone at this office takes so much care in their work and how they treat patients! The hygienists are fantastic and I never feel rushed through my appointment. 12/10 would recommend.

Horrible bedside manner and communication here..Just came in for a cleaning and was charged for an exam as well.I had told the front desk I only wanted a cleaning and no exam. Dr.Shaw barely spent 5 minutes telling me I needed an expensive crown over $3000. I Went and got a second opinion at a new office and only ended up needing a filling. I would not recommend this office . They scam you.
Thank you for fitting me in short notice two days ago when I had a dental emergency. You guys are very professional and I highly recommend New 32 to anyone. I referred several people in the past and will continue in the future.
