Dr. Kwakye has always taken care of me and truly puts her patients’ best interests first. I’ve always been scared of the dentist, but thanks to her care and compassion, I’ve been able to move past that fear. Even when I’m nervous about getting bad news, she always has a plan and explains everything in a way that makes me feel safe and informed. Her entire team is top-tier. The receptionists are professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. I didn’t fully understand my dental insurance, but they handled everything for me without stress. I’m especially grateful for how they always find a way to fit me in when I have an emergency. The dental assistants are hardworking, highly skilled, and work seamlessly alongside Dr. Kwakye even with complex procedures. They make sure patients are comfortable and well-prepared before being seen. Dr. Kwakye is an amazing dentist, and I’m truly grateful for all she has done for me. She will be my dentist for many years to come. I highly recommend her practice!

I have been going to Dr Kwake for several years now. She has restored a lot of very old dental work that started to have problems. This includes saving a tooth that an oral surgeon told me would probably need to be pulled. She also fixed a large food trap that had been causing problems . In addition, she has fitted a new crown for my front tooth implant that both looks good and feels right. In my experience, Dr Kwake is a very careful dentist. She listens to me and sees all her work through until both of us are satisfied.

My hygenist didn t know how to work x-ray machine. I kept choking during cleaning proceedure. Finally, i asked to spit. The suction machine pulled on my gum , but left liquid for me to swallow. My teeth weren't really cleaned in the end. I Heard a few times that it was hard to clean my teeth because of food on them. After i was ready to leave, i realized my teeth in back weren t really cleaned. So the doctor told me to take it up w assistant. Then there was a second try . My mouth neck and tongue weren't checked for a growth. I needed to explain that my teeth were sensitive and needed numbing before cleaning. I asked if numbing for cleaning was in my former notes. Congradulations on baby boy! I just felt as though no one knew me or my dental history. The front desk was pleasant.

I didn’t get my care bag but they always have great customer service. I absolutely love coming here.

Prompt, courteous, and professional service. I had a scheduled cleaning but worked me in to also do crown work so I didn’t need another appointment.
