I had a great dental hygiene cleaning with Lynn. She's a wonderful person and really does a terrific job . My dentist is Dr Christine Foster - she is kind, gentle and so personable she explains what she is doing and makes suggestions for ones dental health and hygiene. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy coming for my quarterly treatments and check ups. Kudos to everyone at Silver Spring Smile Designs, keep up the good work!

I came in for my 6month checkup with Dr. Foster. Lynne did a great job of cleaning and then Dr. Foster recommended an old filling needed replaced. She could take me right away so it was done! She explained what was needed, she numbed the tooth up and completed it and I had no discomfort at all. She is very nice and I highly recommend her!

Dentist Handelman at Silver Spring Smile Designs is a truly outstanding dentist. His work is built to last—my upper front veneers, which he did 17 years ago, are still holding up flawlessly. Even after I moved away and had work done elsewhere, I found myself returning to his office. He just reconstructed my old bridge that has done somewhere else where I moved to. He surely turned a subpar job into the smoothest, most comfortable bridge. This level of quality is a rare find. His honesty is just as impressive as his skills—he is truly committed to doing what is right for his patients, not just what is most profitable. His honest approach to patient care and his genuine desire to deliver lasting results are what set him apart. It’s why his work endures and why I trust him completely. Dr Foster is always professional, caring, and explains fully if needed. They do not offer emergency services for new patients. I have a open wound in my mouth that they are unwilling to help me with. They did not take the time to understand my issue. I didn't have a open wound that I needed dealt with I needed an emergency crown filling to help me stop cutting my tounge on the sharp edges of a crown that split in half. They didn't even tell me that I could go to a cvs to get it on my own. Which was not an option when I was younger so I had no idea that they sell stuff to fill a damaged crown. A Xray and cement was all I needed less then 20 minutes.
